EULA - End User License Agreement

This License permits you to use PocketSnake on any Pocket PC computers.
The software is owned by RifcoMobile (Mobile division of RifCo Software) and is protected by copyright laws, international treaty provisions, and all other applicable national laws. You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the code and algorithms of the software.
The PocketSnake is distributed "as-is". No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. You use this software at your own risk. The author will not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this software.
By installing and using PocketSnake you accept the terms set of this agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of the agreement, please remove PocketSnake files from your storage devices and cease to use this software.
